We'll assess what short-term rental method is right for you (co-hosting, owning or renting) and walk you through the process of securing your first property. P.S. If you co-host or rent, we'll teach you how to successfully communicate with landlords.

How to host on Airbnb
We'll teach you exactly how to set up and optimize your listing for maximum revenue by walking you through our actual hosting dashboard and third-party softwares. We'll also give you a guide on how to communicate with guests and deal with issues that arise.

How to set up your property
We'll provide you with an detailed shopping list that includes everything you'll need, from couches to hand soap. We'll help you ensure that the design of your space earns you 5-star reviews. You'll learn how to hire a team (or how to do it yourself).

What program is right for me?
Our Airbnb Coaching Program is the best bang for your buck when compared to our Consultation Call. If you want to do a Consultation Call before starting your mentorship, that's ok! After the hour-long Consultation Call ($150), if you decide to sign up for coaching, we apply $125 towards the Coaching Program.

Do I need an LLC?
Nope! This is not a requirement at all. We recommend you wait to form any legal entity you've started the Airbnb Coaching Program so we can walk you through how we did it. In some cases it might even be better for you to not have an LLC at all, so don't worry about this right away. We'll chat about your options!

When is the coaching?
When you go to register for our Airbnb Coaching you'll have the option of selecting both the month and the weekly meeting time. Let's say you select the month of October on Mondays at 6pm; your calls will be on Oct. 4th, Oct. 11th, Oct. 18th and Oct. 25th at 6pm. If none of the available time slots work for you, email us.

When is the payment due?
Payment is due on the day that you purchase the program. We do offer a payment plan through Affirm that consists of interest-free monthly payments. If the mentorship program is still out of your budget, we recommend signing up for a Consultation Call (1 hour, $150). Have your questions ready and we'll get to as many of them as we can!
